Your Visit

On the day of your appointment, please arrive 10-minutes early to ensure we have enough time to prepare any outstanding paperwork. New patients will receive a Patient Registration Form electronically before their visit, and we kindly ask that this be completed in advance to help appointments run smoothly and on schedule.

To help us provide you with the best possible care, please ensure you bring:

  • A current referral from your GP or Specialist
  • Your Medicare card
  • Your private health insurance details (if applicable)

Any relevant test results or imaging reports, including:

  • Blood tests
  • Hearing tests
  • Ultrasounds
  • CT scans
  • MRI scans
  • An up-to-date list of your medications

Fees & Payments

Consultation fees apply to all appointments. Should surgery be recommended, you will be provided with a detailed quotation outlining the anticipated costs prior to proceeding.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask that you contact our rooms as soon as possible so we can offer the appointment to another patient.
